Formerly known as Grandview Massage Therapy, Grandview Wellness is dedicated to providing integrative, client-centered care that supports the full spectrum of human experience—body, mind, and spirit. Our multidisciplinary team offers massage therapy, clinical counselling, and somatic therapy, all grounded in evidence-based practice and a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.

We believe true wellness arises from the interconnectedness of physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual vitality.
