Massage Therapy (RMT)

Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) offer personalized treatment for a wide range of physical and emotional concerns. Using a variety of techniques, they help support injury recovery, chronic pain, TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum care, anxiety, and trauma-related tension.

Counselling & Somatic Therapy

Our counselling professionals bring depth, warmth, and skill to their work, supporting a wide range of mental health concerns with a holistic, mindfulness-based approach. With training in creative arts therapy, somatic modalities, and evidence-informed psychotherapy, our team offers inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQ+ friendly care.

We specialize in trauma-informed counselling and somatic therapy rooted in the body–mind connection, supporting individuals through issues such as attachment trauma, childhood abuse, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. Modalities used include Somatic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT), and psychospiritual exploration.

Focus Areas Include:

  • ADHD and Autism support

  • Neurodivergent-affirming therapy

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm

  • Low self-worth, identity, and self-trust

  • Trauma, nervous system regulation, and body-based healing

  • Childhood trauma, attachment wounding, and inner child work

  • Support for survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence

  • Queer and gender-diverse mental health

  • Holistic and mindfulness-based therapy

  • Creative modalities (art, drama, movement, play)

  • Somatic awareness and embodiment practices

  • Psychospiritual counselling

  • MiCBT and CBT/DBT-informed therapeutic tools

Practitioners:

  • Spencer Walker (CCC) – Drama therapy for children and adults with disabilities, neurodivergence, and mental health support using art, movement, and talk-based methods

  • Holly-Ann Comarty (RTC) – Somatic therapy, psychospiritual counselling, ADHD, LGBTQ+ and trauma-informed care for adults
