A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Caitlin, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the CCHPBC. I have experience supporting folks through their pregnancies, needing post-operative scar tissue care, those with TMJD, sports injuries, anxiety & trauma, and everything in between.
My approach to massage is evidence based, empathetic, and non-judgmental, as I am passionate about creating a safe & inclusive space within my treatment room. You can expect a combination of Swedish, Fascial, Stretching, Deep Tissue, and Joint Mobilization techniques to suit your unique needs.
Outside of work you can find me weightlifting, hiking, and travelling. I am always up for something new and love seeking my next adrenaline rush.
I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, certified with CCHPBC, and I find great fulfillment in working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My practice includes a variety of techniques, such as Swedish massage, trigger-point release, stretching, and joint mobilizations, with a special focus on the face, TMJ, scalp, and neck. By addressing these areas, I aim to help my clients relieve headache tension, improve jaw function, and reduce stress and anxiety, supporting their overall well-being.
When I’m not practicing massage, you can often find me at the beach, biking or spending quality time with friends.
As a proud member of the queer community, I deeply understand the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for everyone. Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of my practice, and I strive to foster a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and cared for.
I am excited to contribute to the clinic’s continued success and to make a meaningful, positive difference in the lives of those I have the privilege to serve.

Whether you arrived here by chance or intention, welcome.
I’ve been in full-time massage therapy practice since 1998, and it is with deep trust in my path that I can say—this is one of my gifts.
My origin story lies within my African matriarchal lineage and the daily ritual of massaging one’s newborn child through their infancy years. The healing power of touch was encoded into my nervous system and spirit from the day I was born. And although I don’t have children of my own, it is my honour to continue my mother’s legacy in an expansive and evolving way.
Over the years, my work has grown into a deeply intuitive and integrative practice. I draw from a wide range of modalities that support the body’s innate capacity to regulate and heal—biodynamic fascial integration, listening techniques, traditional Swedish and neuromuscular therapy, tuning forks, and visceral massage.
Each session is a collaborative, responsive experience—guided by presence, respect, and attunement to your body’s wisdom. Whether you're seeking relief, reconnection, or simply a place to soften, I offer a space where your whole self is welcomed.
Beyond my one-on-one practice, I’m supported by an incredible team of healers and practitioners—carefully curated through the lens of my own personal healing journey. Together, we offer a network of care grounded in integrity, compassion, and embodied experience.
If you feel a resonance, I look forward to working with you.

Denis started his massage therapy practice in 2009 after graduating from The West Coast College of Massage. His passion for massage was born while working through his own injuries, and supporting friends and family through their physical challenges. Since becoming a therapist, Denis has worked extensively with standard and complex orthopaedic conditions, concussions, pregnancies as well as the stressors of everyday life, chronic neck, back and pelvic issues.
He strives to find daily activities that will benefit you, the client, which can also be integrated with ease. Denis's passion for understanding his clients' needs and exploring new models of therapy and personal training, have allowed him to find a variety of ways for clients to integrate activity into their lives.
As a Registered Massage Therapist he has combined a variety of treatment models with the base models being myofascial, deep muscle release, and cranial sacral therapy. Within this framework he continues to work with his clients to find balance between mind/body and the body’s ability to hold and release emotions.
His work can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in combinations with other professional services such as physiotherapy, psychotherapy, yoga therapy, etc. When he's not at the clinic he is teaching Anatomy and Physiology, playing the sport of the season, or sitting back and enjoying a little time to himself. :) He accepts cash, etransfer, debit, visa, MC and Amex. Direct billing is only to Pacific Blue Cross.

Holly is a queer cis-female of Métis, Cree and European descent, originally from the Interior of BC, she moved to Vancouver in 2008. She is enthusiastic about learning, personal growth, travel, the environment, nature, the humanities, being a good-person and what it means to be human, and everything to do with the nervous system.

She works with a combination of modalities: Such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Theory (FST), Somatic (body) awareness, Talk-Therapy, Psychotherapy, a Psychospiritual lens, and occasional leanings into DBT and CBT.
